Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Damaged items caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Gift cards
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at rockyriverhills@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number if your return is approved.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at rockyriverhills@gmail.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
